El Perro Negro Finneston

This famous burger joint, a tiny hole in the wall in Glasgow’s west end is in no way child friendly, sorry. They just don’t have the room. If you must go to try their sensational burgers and wings then do not take a buggy. There’s no loo, so no baby change. No high chairs. There’s not even tables. Just stools and counter space. My advice. Get a take away.

We folded our tiny buggy and sat Max on a counter with his kindle. I stood with Zelda in a sling while I leaked breast milk everywhere because that is what I do now apparently. Space is incredibly tight in here. We very nearly didn’t even try to go in but service is fast and El Perro Negro empties quickly once people have snaffled their orders. So briefly, there was no one inside and we pounced.

Someone else got our order and stole my buffalo wings so the staff kindly made us some more, I also ended up with the wrong burger due to this but it was still pretty great so comsi comsa? The buffalo wings will sneak up on you fyi and the korean chicken burger was excellent.

What’s good? The menu is pretty short, go with your gut.

Kid friendly? Lol. Absolutely not.
