The Camberwell Arms Camberwell

The Camberwell Arms is very cool. Technically it’s a pub, I guess you’d call it a gastropub but that just makes me think of Yorkshire puddings the size of a dog and that is not what the Camberwell Arms do.

What they do is very laid back, very chill, fine dining. Their menu changes regularly depending on what’s good that week and their meats are always succulently lush.

What’s good? I especially liked the English asparagus, duck egg mayonnaise and fried bread pictured above but the menu frequently changes. Also, the puddings. Lovely puddings.

Kid friendly? Definitely although the menu might be a bit too mature for some little ones.
